We’re Breadcentric

I tried to track back to the moment that led to here and now, me sitting in front of the computer, writing a hello.

Oh right, hello!

I do not know why I became obsessed with bread, with baking it, sharing it, eating it. Maybe it was when people at work loved it and asked for more? Or maybe it was because you combine some water and flour with some older water and flour, add some salt, some extras, give it time and voilà – bread? Magic!

That said, my obsession has lasted for over a year now and this is the time to start sharing it a bit more our way.

By “our” I mean my wife’s and mine. My wife does the magic, she’s the alchemist that turns every single thing in the kitchen into gold. I just bake bread.

We bake to eat, we bake to share, we bake to exchange. Our starters have no names (yet). We mainly use others’ recipes. And we keep learning.

We’re Breadcentric, focused on bread.
